Legal Aggression is my Second Specialty
I am also very Aggressive in the creation and development of your Legal Strategy (or Strategies). — My Default Position on Strategy is always Maximum Aggression. — Staying within the Law and Rules at-all-times, of course, but as Aggressive as they permit.
Although it doesn’t often come into play in most situations, one way of Maximizing Aggression in Legal Matters is through the use of Litigation filed under RICO, the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt-Organizations Act of 1970 (18 USC 1960, et seq.), or the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 (42 USC 1985(3)).
The RICO Law, the core of which is Sections 1962 and 1964 of Title 18 of the United States Code, confers a Cause of Action on Persons victimized by acts of a long list of Crimes, the most commonly-applicable of which are Extortion and Wire and Mail Fraud.
A private Citizen who sues under these Laws cannot cause the Incarceration of anyone, but can Win extensive Injunctive Relief in addition to Money Damages.

Hourly Rate
My Hourly Rate is $99.50 for All non-Premium Paralegal Services.
For Premium Services, which includes All Work involving Administrative, Appellate, Criminal and Intellectual Property Law, and All Legal Malpractice Cases, my Hourly Rate is $124.50.
Although I am not ready to do so at the present time, I ultimately expect to Offer to Consumers of American Legal Services the Services of other Paralegals, who I call Paralegal-Writers, who will handle the Writing of each Customer’s Factual Narrative, and as much of the Legal Argument as possible, for an Hourly Rate of $74.50.
Again, although I will NOT be using these Paralegal-Writers in the initial time period, I hope to be able to transition to being able to do so within about two months of me beginning the Marketing of this, the Lawyers-Suck Paralegal-Service. — Hopefully around the early- to mid-Summer of 2026.

11-for-10 Deal
For All 3 Levels of Service, those Priced at $74.50, $99.50 or $124.50, once any Customer reaches 10 Full Hours of Paralegal Time, Paid and Used, then they receive one additional Hour, Free of Charge. — Buy 10 Hours, and get 11. — An 11-for-10 deal.
This 11-for-10 deal has the effect of Lowering the Hourly Rate for the 3 Levels of Service by 9.1%.
For Paralegal-Writers at $74.50, that ends-up at $67.73 per Hour (= $745 // 11). — For me, and other qualified Senior Paralegals who I may Designate in the future, nominally-priced at $99.50, that is reduced to $90.45 (= $995 // 11). — For Premium Work, performed solely by myself or other Senior Paralegals, nominally-priced at $124.50, the Hourly Rate is reduced to $113.18 (= $1245 // 11).
The 10 Hour Minimum includes All Paralegal Time that you may choose to Purchase from me, counted cumulatively. — As soon as you get to 10, total, you get the Discount. — The Discount then Applies to All Work performed, whether before or after getting to 10 Hours. — Once you get to 10 Full Hours, Paid and Used, you get the Discount.

Legality of this Business Name
[For those of you wondering, the County Clerk of my Home County, which is Rockland County, NY, initially Declined to Issue me the DBA for this Business Name, deeming it vulgar.]
[Luckily for me, the US Supreme Court had addressed a very similar Issue in Matal v. Tam, 582 US 218 (2017), wherein an Asian Rock Band from Orange County, CA wanted to register a Trademark for the Name of their Band, “The Slants”, the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) REFUSED to Register the Mark for the Band Members, and they Sued.]
[The High Court Ordered the PTO to Issue the Mark, in an 8-0 Decision. — My Letter to the Clerk of Rockland County Persuaded her to relent, and the DBA was Granted to me in September 2025.]

I have Experience in a broad range of both the Law, in-general, and in the Litigating of Cases, in-particular.
As an Independent – or Freelance – Paralegal, it turns out that much of the Demand for Work is in the areas of Family Law and Landlord-Tenant Matters. — I had a Concentration in Paralegal School of Business Law, and continue to have Deep Knowledge thereof.
My Degree is an AAS, awarded to me by SUNY // Rockland Community College, Spring 2002, Dean’s List.
But I have done all kinds of Law, and am able to Research ANY Legal Issue. — I have access to Both Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis through my local Law Libraries.
